These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1x Hockey Table ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1x Hockey Table mobile application ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App may allow you to create, store, and manage content such as training logs, schedules, goals, and notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you create.
User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your User Content on our servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content.
While User Content remains private on your device, you agree not to use the App to create, store, or transmit any content that:
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and design) are owned by 1x Hockey Table or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks or those of our affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
The App is designed to help you track and manage your hockey training activities. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program or making changes to your training regimen. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from activities tracked or planned using the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 1X HOCKEY TABLE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1x Hockey Table, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may from time to time update or modify the App to improve functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1x Hockey Table operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
